The rising Indian smartphone manufacturer, Micromax has again stepped on the gas by coming up with yet another 3D phone after its highly successful Micromax Canavs A16 HD which saw spectacular response from the public.
Known as the Canvas A115 3D, this smartphone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and boasts a 5-inch touchscreen display. The best part about the Canvas A115 is that it doesn’t need any 3D glasses to experience the magic since it comes with a unique technology that converts standard images into the 3D format within the phone itself.
As far as the specs are concerned, the A115 supports dual SIM connectivity and runs on a 1GHz dual-core processor. The RAM and the internal storage are 1GB and 4GB respectively, though you can expand the storage up to 32GB using a microSD card.
For imaging, the phone comes with a 5 megapixel camera on the rear and a VGA camera on the front for video calling and chatting. Apart from this, the connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB. A 2000 mAh battery makes sure the phone offers a talk time of up to 4.5 hours.
Another great thing about the Canvas A115 3D is it’s price tag, which is an affordable Rs. 9,999. Since the only other 3D smartphone in India is LG Optimus 3D and it comes at a whopping price of Rs. 26,000, the Canvas can surely be expected to woo the feature conscious consumers.
